  • Some things I enjoy doing while travelling:

    • Volkswalks

    • Transit - What's travel without transit?

      • Greyhound Lines - A very helpful site. If you read about my travels you will see that I actually enjoy travelling by intercity bus. Go figure!

      • Suntrans - Tucson's own bus system.

      • The Bus Spot - Lots of bus pictures and a good list of links to transit sites.

Oh, did I mention? There are a lot of bus geeks out there who get all excited when seeing a new make or model of bus. They are very normal otherwise and do a great job of making lists for those of us who are a little more casual about our interest in buses.

    • Some miscellaneous travel links:

      • Garden Net. This is the place if you love gardens, but, like me, hate to actually do the work to have one.

      • Fairs Net. Yes, state fairs, county fairs - a great resource, especially if you have children, or, still act like one.

      • The National Park Service's own web page. It's well done and very helpful. They include quite a bit of information on the history of the parks, which I enjoy.

      • The Rough Guide on Hot Wired. This is a good overview of the US.

      • Denny's Restaurants: That's right. This is a website that reviews Denny's across the country. Some people really could use a life.
